这个膜的两面是不一样的。一面粗糙，一面光滑吧。如果这个算正反面的话，那么就是有正反面的。但是对于WB来说在转膜前是没有正反面之分的。你用粗糙的面贴着胶转膜和光滑的面贴着胶转膜，蛋白都能转到膜上去的。不会因为你膜贴反了而蛋白转膜不成功啥的。
转膜后就要区分与胶接触的一面与另一面了。话说楼主好奇的话可以跑蛋白的试试看哈。比如目的蛋白的胶用光滑面贴着胶，内参蛋白用粗糙面贴着胶一起转膜试试转膜结果看看呢。
