The apoA1 ELISAPRO kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify apoA1 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains ELISA plates pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and Apo ELISA buffer concentrate. The Apo ELISA buffer enables analysis of serum/plasma samples without interference from heterophilic antibodies. The kit contains a pre-coated plate and matched amount of reagents and solutions.

ApoA1Apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1, also known as apolipoprotein-A1, apo A1 and apoA-I) is the main protein component of high density lipoprotein particles (HDL). ApoA1 (28 kD) is mainly produced in the liver and exported into the circulation where it acquires lipids and becomes HDL. High level of apoA1 is regarded as protective against atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Normal concentration of apoA1 in human plasma is approximately 0.8-2.2 g/L.

流式细胞仪能检测多少个通道是由有多少根激光决定的以及每根激光的功能决定的,所以首先需要注意两点:
流式细胞仪有哪些激光。比如标配的FACSCalibur只有一根488nm的激光,能做FL1、FL2、FL3三个荧光通道/三个颜色,而选配的Calibur (FACSCalibur的简称)配有488nm和635nm两根激光,可以检测FL1-FL4四个通道/4个颜色。
不同型号的流式细胞仪的同样的一个通道检测荧光素的能力是不一样的,比如Calibur的FL3(第3通道)能检测PE-Texas Red, PE-Cy5, PerCP, PerCPCy5.5,PE-Cy7,而Aria的第3通道只能检测PE-Texas Red, PE-Cy5, PerCP。 Calibur第3通道能检测的PerCP-Cy5.5在FACSAria上是第4通道检测。Calibur和LSR都能检测4个颜色,但是第4个通道检测荧光素是不一样的
如果一个抗体可以用来“做western blot,免疫荧光,免疫共沉淀,ELISA”,我估计着是HRP或碱性磷酸酶或生物素之类标记的,然后需要再加荧光标记的二抗,这类抗体也是不能做流式用的。
我只用过流式的抗体来做免疫荧光(直接染色),效果还不错,但是反过来就没试过。
楼上两位还是要仔细看下产品说明书
尽量使用已经用荧光素标记好的单克隆抗体。
如果是单色实验,荧光素的亮度越强越好,比如标记了APC的抗体就要比标记了pacific blue的在相同抗原量,抗体用量相同的情况下,要亮很多
如果是多色实验,除了不要使用光谱重叠度高的荧光素以外,还要搭配染色指数。简单的说,就是用亮度强的荧光素标记的抗体来染水平低的抗原,而用较弱的荧光素标记的抗体来染高表达的抗原。
